Serves 4. Ingredients: thinly sliced beef, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, grated pear, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, gochujang, neutral oil, onion, scallions, sesame seeds, lettuce leaves, cooked rice. Method: marinate beef 20–60 minutes; sear in batches with onion over high heat 2–3 minutes; garnish with scallions/sesame; serve in lettuce with rice.
