Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup or honey

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Method

1) Heat oven to 350ยฐF. Grease a 12-cup muffin tin or line with parchment liners.

2) Whisk bananas, eggs, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and milk until smooth.
