Ingredients
- 2 cans tuna in olive oil, drained slightly
- 1/2 cucumber, diced
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 whole-wheat pita halves
Method
1) Mix tuna, cucumber, parsley, lemon juice, yogurt, olive oil, and salt.
2) Spoon into pita halves and serve.
Tips
- Add capers or chopped olives for extra briny flavor.
- Best served chilled.
