Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt or cooked oats/grain base
  • 2 cups seasonal fruit or chopped vegetables
  • 1/4 cup nuts or seeds
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or tahini where appropriate
  • 1 tsp cinnamon or chopped herbs
  • Pinch salt
  • Optional honey to taste

Method

1) Prepare the base, whether yogurt, oats, or cooked grain.

2) Add fruit or vegetables and seasonings.

3) Top with nuts or seeds and finish with olive oil, tahini, or a light drizzle of honey if desired.

4) Serve right away or chill for meal prep.
