Recipe: Vanilla Honey Smoothie Bowl

Serves 2 | ~5 minutes | Thick enough for a spoon, sweet enough for breakfast or snack, and easy to top with fruit and granola.

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice
  • Optional toppings: berries, granola, coconut, sliced almonds

Method

1) Add bananas, yogurt, milk, honey, vanilla, and ice to a blender.

2) Blend until very thick and smooth.

3) Spoon into bowls and add toppings.

4) Serve immediately.

Tips

  • Use less milk for a thicker smoothie bowl texture.
  • Frozen mango also blends well into this base.
